About Julie Hansen

Julie Hansen-Orvis is the Team leader of Hansen Partners at J.Rockliff Realtors. She began selling homes at the age of 18 after working with her Mother who was a Realtor. Over the last 33 years Julie has been succesfull in many areas of Real Estate. She has been a top producing Realtor in residential home sales as both a listing and selling Agent. An award winning new home sales agent and manager. She started her own sales, marketing and development services company. Her experience is very broad in the Real Estate industry.

She now has developed a very "client centric" system that is unique and in her own signature style. She describes it like this, "It is our systematic approach to running our business that makes our transactions run smoothly. This ensures our clients will get same great experience each time. This keeps them wanting to return each time they buy or sell a home." In addition to that, Julie still has the same drive and determination that she had when she began as a teen agent. But, now experience great negotiation skills that comes only from decades of successful sales.

Julie has sold Real Estate in every market condition imaginable, she is continuing the family legacy with the formation of Hansen Partners with her son Brett. Also a Realtor, Brett holds degrees in computer science and mathematics which he’s applying high technology and advanced analytics capabilities to the business and providing advanced services to their clients. Julie says, “Together we offer a blend of a bit if the old and the new school advantages. People trust in my experience, are impressed with Brett’s tech savvy and they love the experience. Julie, was also recruited in early 2019 By Debbie Degrote at Forward Coaching and she now hones he skills as a high level performace coach. She works with a select group of clients around the country teaching on topics such as selling luxury real estate, effective time management, creating clients for life, strategies of negotiation and more. She states that coaching keeps her sharp and focused. "I truly enjoy seeing my clients succeed utilizing my business plans, it is super rewarding I will continue to coach the cilents that I have. I love it! It has had suprising benefits in my own business."
